💡 Tip: Instead of building a fictional “ideal client avatar,” think about your favourite real client (or someone you’d love to work with). Build your dream client profile around a real human experience.
Step 2: Align Your Brand with You First
You are the biggest asset in your business.
Your energy, your style, your way of seeing the world — all of it is part of the magnetic field you’re creating.
If you’re trying to build a brand you think you should have (instead of one that feels authentic to you), it’ll feel like hard work forever.
Ask yourself:
- What are my natural strengths?
- What transformation do I love helping people achieve?
- What parts of my work light me up — and what parts drain me?
When you build your offers, messaging and brand presence around your true strengths and passions, you’ll naturally attract people who resonate with you.
💡 Tip: If it feels heavy, awkward, or fake, it’s a sign you’re out of alignment. Go back to what feels true.
Step 3: Craft Messaging That Speaks to Both Heart and Mind
Dream clients don’t buy because of logic alone — they buy because they feel seen, heard and understood.
When you communicate, think about both:

Visibility doesn’t mean being everywhere.

- Offer a free resource (like a checklist or mini-guide) to help them take their first step.
- Collaborate with others who serve a similar audience to expand your reach.
The goal is to show up authentically and be findable — not to hustle yourself into exhaustion.
