Refund Policy

At The Growth Nexus, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to support your business and personal growth. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below.

Physical Products (Printed Planners & Journals)

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your printed planner or journal, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned in its original packaging

How to Request a Return

• Contact us at connect@growthnexus.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

• Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• A refund will be issued once we receive the item and confirm its condition.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 14-day window.

Digital Products (Downloads & Online Resources)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues accessing or using your digital purchase, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

Services (Marketing, Networking, Mentoring & Workshops)

Marketing & Branding Services

• Refunds are not available for completed work or services already provided.

• If you cancel a service before work has begun, a full refund may be issued.

• If work has started, refunds will be issued at our discretion, based on the stage of completion.

Networking & Mentoring Sessions / Workshops

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards a future session.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
