Running a business is challenging, but you don’t have to do it all alone.
Harness the power of the hive mind by asking your Mastermind buddies to give you a new perspective on the problems and hurdles you face.
Everyone has something unique to offer and with a Hive Mastermind group you can ask the opinions of other small business owners who have their own experiences and knowledge to draw upon.
How it works
The Growth Nexus Hive Masterminds each run for six weeks, with members meeting virtually for 90 minutes a week.
We will also run one-off Hive Mastermind sessions for those unable to commit to a six-week programme, or those just needing a quick fix to a specific issue.
During each session, you will have your time in the hive hotseat to put your question, lay out your challenge or outline an idea or plan that’s rattling around inside your entrepreneurial brain and get the feedback, suggestions and insights of the other group members.
It’s obviously entirely up to you whether you take any of their advice or follow their suggestions, but if you are part of a six-week Hive Mastermind programme there will also be time during each session to report back about any actions you took and your progress from the previous week.
What are the benefits?
A Hive Mastermind group is for you if you are serious about progressing your business from where it is now to where you want it to be.
Sometimes we get stuck and not know how to overcome an obstacle or which next step to take to move forward. When you are in the thick of it, it can be impossible to see the wood for the trees.
That is where an outsider’s view can be so valuable – giving you a different “big picture” perspective on your business and suggesting steps you can take to find the smoothest path to your destination.
One-off Mastermind
Get help on a specific issue- Three-hour session
- Numbers limited to ten participants
- Have 15 minutes in the hive hot seat getting the advice, suggestions and insights of other members on a specific issue in your business.
