As January is drawing to a close, I wanted to share a little update about what’s been happening behind the scenes here at My Best Life Hub. It’s been a whirlwind of creativity, a few challenges, and some important personal reflections.
On the work front, I’ve been busy crafting the blog post for February. It’s shaping up to be something really special and close to my heart.
Without giving too much away, it’s all about self-love and ambition – two themes I feel are so important for midlife women who are ready to embrace this transformative phase of life.
Alongside the blog post, I’ve been working on something new and exciting: the Self-Love and Ambition Journal. This journal will complement the post perfectly, offering practical prompts and exercises to help you cultivate self-love while staying focused on your dreams and goals. I can’t wait to share it with you all.
I’ve also been putting the finishing touches on the Breakthrough to Success workbook, which has been a labour of love.
With over 90 pages and a dozen worksheets and templates, this workbook is designed to help women identify and overcome the limiting beliefs holding them back.
It’s been amazing to see how this project has come together, and I’m so excited for its launch.
In addition, I’m continuing to refine the My Best Life Hub website, making it more aligned with the vision of empowering midlife women to embrace ambition and create meaningful change in their lives.
On a personal note, it’s been a bit of a challenging week.
I made a bit of a booboo and forgot to reorder my HRT prescription in time. Unfortunately, there was a longer-than-usual delay at the pharmacy, and I ended up being without it for over two weeks.
Let me tell you, I really noticed the difference. The main symptoms I experienced were an inability to fall asleep at night, extreme fatigue during the day, and brain fog. It’s amazing how much of an impact HRT has on my overall wellbeing.
Thankfully, I’m back on it now, and the sleep issue has improved immediately. It’s a stark reminder of how important it is to stay on top of our health.

But after doing some deep work on myself, journaling, and using the Breakthrough to Success workbook to examine the limiting beliefs that were creeping in, I’m feeling much more positive and back on track.
It just goes to show that even though I’m putting out all this positivity for other midlife women, it doesn’t mean I’ve got it all figured out myself. We’re all a work in progress, and that’s okay.
